Within 14 days

If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment, monthly or yearly, and you get all of it back. You don't need to give a reason. Your plan ends when the refund is made.

How to ask

Open your account page and choose Manage your plan: it opens the customer portal of Paddle, our reseller, where you can ask for the refund. Or write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with. Paddle pays it back to the card or account you paid with; banks usually take 5 to 10 working days.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time and keep everything until the end of the period you paid for; that period is not refunded.

If the course closes

There is no lifetime plan. If Read at Sight ever closes, we tell you 30 days before, stop all renewals, and refund the unused months of yearly plans.
